- New users receive 3 free coins upon registration
- Each invitation generation consumes 1 coin
- Additional coins can be purchased through our pricing packages
- Coin balances do not expire
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Sign in using a valid Google account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Coin Purchases and Payments
When purchasing coins:
- All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice
- Payments are processed securely through Creem, our payment provider
- Coins are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
- All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue packages at any time
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Service:
- Coin purchases are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for payment errors or service outages

- Refund requests after coins have been used will not be granted

Service Content:
- All Service interface, design, logos, and branding are owned by InvitaGen AI

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for coins in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, Creem, etc.)
- You use the Service at your own risk

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvitaGen AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
